Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Start with Messages or Phone. Add the other option later for $5,000 when your original business scope stays the same. Your monthly then moves to $499, the same as buying Messages + Phone outright. Expanded requirements are quoted first.

Do I need to be technical?

Not at all. We build, configure, and train everything for you. You get a simple dashboard to monitor conversations, no tech skills needed.

Are there any other costs?

Yes, and we would rather you saw them before the call than after. You bring your own AI provider API key and your own messaging account, and you pay those providers directly at cost. What that adds up to depends entirely on your volume, so we built a calculator from our own measured usage rather than quoting you a range.
