This page is the whole promise. If a condition is not written below, it is not a condition. If something below does not match what you were told on a call, the written version here is the one that counts, so raise it with us before you sign.

The Conditions
The lead volume minimum
The guarantee applies when at least 100 qualified inbound leads per month are routed into the system across the connected channels.
A qualified inbound lead is a real person, in your service area, who contacted you or opted in through a channel the system is connected to, and who has a reachable phone number or email address. Purchased cold lists, duplicates, spam submissions, test entries, and contacts outside your service area do not count toward the minimum.
If fewer than 100 qualified leads reach the system in the 30 day window, the guarantee does not trigger. We will tell you the running count inside your dashboard so this is never a surprise at the end.
What counts as a booked appointment
A booked appointment is a contact who, in a conversation handled by the Delta AI Response System, accepts a specific date and time that is written to your connected calendar.
Counted once per contact. Also counted:
• Appointments the contact later cancels or reschedules on their own.
• No-shows. The system books the appointment. Whether the person turns up is outside our control.
• Appointments booked from your existing contact list when the system works that list.
Not counted:
• Appointments your own staff booked outside the system.
• Appointments you cancel, or that the system could not book because the calendar had no open slot.
• Duplicate, test, spam, or internal contacts.
When the 30 days start and end
The clock starts on go-live day, meaning the first day the system handles live traffic on your channels. It does not start on the day you pay, and it does not start during build or testing.
The window is 30 consecutive calendar days from go-live. Days where you pause, disconnect, or switch off the system do not count toward the 30 and extend the window by the same number of days.

What "we keep working for free" means
If the count is under 10 booked appointments at the end of the 30 day window and you met the conditions on this page, we keep running, monitoring, and optimizing the system at no further monthly or service fee until you reach 10 booked appointments.
The one-time build and setup fee is not refunded. The work was delivered.
Costs that are not ours to waive keep running on your accounts: your AI provider API usage, your messaging and phone charges, and any third party subscriptions. We do not bill you for them and we do not mark them up, so we cannot waive them either.
The free-work period runs for a maximum of 90 additional days. If you are still under 10 booked appointments at the end of that, either side can end the engagement, and we refund your most recent monthly fee. We keep the setup fee, and you keep the system, the configuration, and your data.
What you have to do on your side
The system books appointments into your business. These are the parts only you can supply, and the guarantee assumes them:
• Your API key. Supply an AI provider key and keep it funded. If it runs out of credit, the agent stops replying.
• An open calendar. Keep at least 10 bookable hours per week visible to the system across the 30 days. The agent cannot book into a full calendar.
• Answer the phone. Take or return calls the system transfers to you during the business hours you gave us.
• Route your leads. Send inbound leads to the connected channels rather than to a parallel inbox the system cannot see.
• Finish onboarding. Complete the strategy call and approve your offer, scripts, and booking rules within 7 days of kickoff.
• Leave the agent on. Do not disable, disconnect, or materially rewrite the agent prompt or booking logic without telling us first.
If one of these is not met, we will flag it in writing at the time, not at the end. A condition we never raised during the 30 days is not a condition we get to invoke afterwards.
How to claim
Email [email protected] within 14 days of the end of your 30 day window. We reconcile the appointment count against your dashboard together, in writing, within 5 business days.
The appointment count in your Delta dashboard is the record we both work from.
Scope
This guarantee covers the Delta AI Response System engagement it was sold with, one time, for the first 30 day window. It does not carry over to renewals, additional locations, or separate engagements unless we put that in writing.
Where this page and your service agreement disagree, your signed service agreement governs. Our general Terms of Service continue to apply.
